At the Summer of Sound NI gave away a code to get Select for 99. I think I did installed half of them so far. I can´t remember how many packages are in it. This is in July (or June?) every year, when NI gives a 50% deduct on updates. I bought the Version 12 at the last summer of sound. Is not that good from my point of view as Kontakt (full) is not in it. You sign up on the website, download Native Access and anything you see there is available for you for free. Komplete Start (I can´t remember if it was officially called like that before) this is for 0 EUR/USD.
